Loads and loads - semi skimed but I can drink a couple of pints easily in an evening.

13/14 pints between 2 of us. 1 pint daily delivered and 3 x 2 pints from Tesco. We have a lot of brews!
Suppose that's close to 7 pints each per week. Good and healthy.

It varies, but probably about 4 pints per week. Semi skimmed. Mostly in porage.

From the NHS website

Much of the fat in milk and dairy foods is saturated fat. For older children and adults, eating too much fat can contribute to excess energy intakes, leading to becoming overweight.

A diet high in saturated fat can also lead to raised levels of cholesterol in the blood, and this can put you at increased risk of having a heart attack or stroke.

Loads now I’m working at home the whole time. Skimmed. Maybe a pint a day?
More if I go get a latte (not as often these days)
No high cholesterol here
I also eat cheese and yogurt and chocolate...and some ice cream in warmer weather.
No meat tho

Full fat on breakfast cereals, semi-skimmed in hot chocolate
