There are some pro riders, who have carried on in the peloton well into their fortys. I don't see the point. It just looks sad to me, give over, roll over, and go and find something else to do. Agree, or disagree?

Disagree. If that's your life and you want to live it then do it for as long as you can. And that age-limitation game is a bit like all those teenage boys who loved riding their bikes but abandoned them when they got a licence and a car - a fair few of the posters on here have testified to the pleasure they've got from being back in the saddle after their motorised distractions.There are some pro riders, who have carried on in the peloton well into their fortys. Disagree. If you can still hang with the leaders you should still be able to race. For the races we put on the difference between CAT 1 +30s and CAT1 +40s is usually just a few seconds.There are some pro riders, who have carried on in the peloton well into their fortys.
