Does anyone know the proper procedure for aligning and adjusting a Flame YK23 caliper? I cannot find any reference on the internet.

The only adjustables on the YK23 are (see photo):
A: adjusting screw which moves outer pad in/out
B: 2 screws which attach the caliper body to the caliper mounting bracket. Tightening a B screw pulls the caliper outward (on either the top or bottom, depending on which B screw you tighten), but does not change the spacing between the pads.

The caliper mounting bracket attaches to the bike frame using 2 screws and there is no adjustment/play in how it attaches. Most videos I find on caliper adjustment has you loosening the screws that attach caliper to frame, squeezing the brake, then tightenting the screws; that doesn't work for the Flame YK23.

I need to pull the caliper outward (using both B screws) until the inner pad almost touches the disk, and then adjust the A screw until the outer pad almost touches the disk. The problem is that there are two B screws, one which changes clearance on top, one that changes clearance on bottom. Other than eyeballing and counting turns of each B screw, is there some more formal process for aligning things?
