I have new decals and I'm wondering if someone know a method to put them on rim's flange first time properly and right?

Yeh, just stick it on straight ! 
Check how it fits, remove backing and stick on where you thought it should be. If that doesn't work, find someone who has a steady hand and a keen eye.

never had to do it yet but I have wondered about it.
I would imagine placing the centre first and then workin outwards for each side - that way the miasalignment will be 1/2 that is you started at one end. You would need to make a cut down the middle of the backing without cutting through the decal in order to start peeling away from the centre.
