I think it's really important to youtube the footage, and for that youtube video to include the company name and coach registration in the video title. This is because the learning the driver and coach company will get from that is likely to be far more effective than any warning from the police, that the wider world will never learn about because you can be sure the coach company isn't going to be telling anyone about that. Keep it factual.
Unfortunately human beings seem to need a little pain to undertake learning like this. Assuming you upload it, link it here, and a few of us will likely put it about on social media. I wish, I really wish, people would care enough not to endanger lives, and that we could teach them to improve without publicising and facilitating their own actions to cause them public humiliation, but it doesn't seem possible. It seems the subset of drivers caught on YouTube are too arrogant about their driving and entitlement on the roads to be willing to listen to us.
