I've got some Easton havoc oversized bars with 9 degree bend / 5 degree upsweep.

How do I know at what rotation angle to set them at? I know everyone's different but but what's a good starting point looking at then from the ends?

I've been getting pins and needles and I'm wondering if I've got them set wrong, for example rotated too far forward.

I've got them coupled to a zero rise 50 mm race face stem on a cotic soul, if that matters?

Cheers for any advice.

Rotating them will alter the contact angle, and alter the actual cockpit length. The pins and needles suggest wrist/nerve/tendon, so try rotating them up and back to take some weight off your wrists. You may find the front easier to lift on a Soul.
