Don't think I'm going to be able to replace 'em...won't be able to get the damn things off!

Loads of life left in them yet! I wish I had my Summer shoes with me so I could post a picture of those.
Another few miles and to replace them, I'll be able to simply peel them away with a fingernail!

V similar to mine, on one pair of cycling shoes... have had them on there for 9 years, have only had to adjust them once, about 5 yrs ago, when one came loose.

Not very worn compared to those above but I hardly walk in them.

22 years old. They're the first and only cleats I've used, having seen off a few pairs of shoes and several sets of pedals.

My spd's are starting to move whilst I'm trying to unclip, which is scary, they are done for, and I must change them, or I'll be going down like a sack of cack, soon. The SL's have just been changed, so they are fine.

Just had a look on my Birkenstock's and there aren't any cleats on them at all!

If they still work, don't worry about it. When the time comes, if you can't get em off then that's a good excuse for a new pair of shoes.
