Rode MTB down to bank to put money in for a change then headed up the coast for a coffee.

My attempts to mend the lawnmower have proved ineffectual, so I had to go out and buy a new mower this morning. But at least the garden looks tidy and newly mown now, and we celebrated with an impromptu barbeque lunch.

I stayed home. Mucked out the chickens and found they had lice. Covered the chickens in louse powder. Covered the henhouse in louse powder. Realised I was then crawling with lice. Spent last half hour in the shower.

not good got into work and pretty much keeled over feeling really odd and away with the faries. had to leave the bike there and get the tram home as I was neither use nor ornament

You must have been bad, the tram doesn't go past your office... and you haven't got a bike.

Had a blast out to meet the local club for lunch.

Poodled home in the afternoon, enjoying the sunshine. Back in time to watch the last hour's racing on the telly.

Even allowing for a pre-blast warm up and afternoon poodle, still managed 17,5 mph for 51 miles so feeling rather smug and self satisfied!

Must be time to do some work!

had a good ride with some guys from work . only 11 miles but most not been on a bike for years . training for a sponsored ride for the place i work at . we did find some little chicks in the road so picked them up and moved them into the verge . i know your not supposed to pick or move them but if we had not they would be dead within minutes .
