The days been shoot, I've got the LURGY, that doesn't happen very often, I've a temperature, a sore throat and generally feel Crap, I got through my shift and my commutes, and have to do the same tomorrow and Friday, I don't get paid for being off.

Yesterday was not the best had to lifted from the side of the road after 14 miles, the milled spoke holder on the hub of my mavic split.so then literally spent all day chasing around then,Hopefully mavic will understand
today's got to be better........

Wow, what a start! Had a collision with a deer and popped my rear gear cable on the commute in this morning. I was hoping for a big mileage ride this afternoon, not now Still, I guess it could of been worse, I could of drove to work

Bagged a new Munro yesterday then went for a few miles on my old bike, got a personal best on strava. Long lie this morning followed by coffee and toast :-)

Mrs. GA uses Rutabagas instead of turnips, a very good modification on the pasty recipe.

I put a bird box on a post yesterday. I walked down to the shed to get the stain to paint it and a great tit had moved by the time I got back. It must have been all of 2 minutes. That must be a record.

It saved me staining the box though.
