The only really great (and underrated) 3-letter band are XTC... discuss.
Never ever got the true recognition they deserved. IMO their final 'official' album Wasp Star Apple Venus 2 was them at their very best.
Don't get me started.

You know, they really were something. And genuinely clever, unlike Chumbawumba, who I met as a result of some campaign a few years ago and who were right dipsticks. How about The Subhumans then...?

Both are still touring and popular in Germany. I saw them both last month at a motorcycle festival (with some replacement band members, naturally).

Hawkwind!

For those of us of a "certain age" -Stacia?

Saluki

World class procrastinator
Barclay James Harvest.
The Alan Partridge Project (Ahaa! - OK maybe it was Parsons)
The Wonderstuff
Smokie
Half Man Half Biscuit

Where are any of that lot now?
A couple of years ago I groomed the dogs of Smokie's keyboard player. Nice bloke.
Saw the Wonderstuff in London somewhere with some friends. Didn't mean to go, there was a spare ticket. They were great.
