hybrid frame size

Hi there - I am looking to buy a hybrid bike from ebay, not sure what frame size I need?
I am 5'10" and a quick check of inside leg gives me 33" (book method with gentle push!).
Was looking at Marin that is listed as 20.5" but described as 21" - - probably a bit large.

Any guidance appreciated :-)

Depends entirely on the specific bike's geometry, but I suspect that the 20.5/21" will be one size too big for you in the Marins. What Marin is it, by the way?

Nice bike! My guess is you'd need the 19"er. I've got a 19" Marin Bobcat Trail from a couple of years back which is roughly the same size, and I'm about the same height and inside leg as you.

I am 5'10ins and yesterday tried a 19" Marin Larkspur at my LBS which was perfect for me. (I am buying it).

Hi,
Just to confuse things, I have a Marin Sausalito in 20 1/2" frame. I,m 5, 11" with a 33" inside leg and its great for me.
