I'm in the middle of a palaver with Rutland Cycles. I bought an end of line Giant Escape 3 for the great price of £238 in February. Unfortunately 1 of the rivnuts was loose on the downtube, so arranged for it to go back to them for repair.
Apparently this failed and they refunded me, without me asking for a refund..
I now have no bike and have plans to go cycling this Summer. They can maybe do me a deal, but I've yet to ascertain what they are willing to do. Now I've been on a bike for a bit I might be willing to go a bit higher in spec than the GE3.
Anyone have any recommendations. Probably nothing north of £500 though. I liked the Giant, but open to all suggestions.
