Babywipes if you don't have a shower. I'm also a skinny MTB tyre rider in the week - with guards - you should see the gap between the tyre and guard !

when i first put my skinnies on my mtb, i thought "what have i done to my bike!" Saying that, it has made cycling much more pleasant and im really pleased with the results.
As for the cycle with no showers although my ride in is shorter than yours, i arrive early and give myself half an hour to cool down and freshen up.
