On Saturday; my wife, daughter and I went for a ride. Not a long one - only about 14 miles, not a testing one - along the coast from Crosby to Formby and back, not a fast one - this is me we are talking about ! but wow - what an absolutely perfect day. Almost no wind, no traffic, warm sunny morning... we could have kept on going for ever... simply stunning.

Sometimes cycling is so good .....
