That big hill you do on the next circuit should be done at a sprint (a la Pantani) as penance.

I know Boab's not lazy. I was just winding him up...(I like living dangerously....). He's one of the strongest cyclists I know, and I'm constantly impressed by his what he does on a bike.

Does that make me his biggest fan...
