Well I'm sick of white van men speeding past me when I'm driving my road legal track car. They need to stop the nobbers who're wasting companies diesel & driving like duck eggs.

Surely that should get you off on a 'good deed' clause ?

I got flashed by a camera on a 40 limit dual carriageway a few weeks ago, but I was being overtaken by an unmarked and marked police car at the time, so no ticket for me.

I am awaiting a letter through the post containing a speeding ticket. It is supposed to arrive within 14 days of the offence taking place (we are currently at 7 days). I know I was speeding though so will happily cough up the money (saw a mobile camera when I was doing 35 in a 30). I just hope it isnt points.

Hang on, haven't you only just started driving? Which means you don't have a licence.

And 35 in a 30 may not get you a ticket anyway.

I was late for work. And no. The cyclists that I have overtaken, I have given at least a whole lane width of room. Just as I expect to have from motorists.

I have only just started driving MY car. I have had a license since July.
