Car pulled out from the kerb and started a U-turn just in front of me. My reaction was to shout

Similar thing happen to me once. Learner doing a 3 point turn. She waits for the car in front of me to pass but clearly decides that I wasn't worth waiting 5 seconds for. As she pulled out I hit the brakes and ended up right by her door. Luckily she had her window open so I shouted "WAIT" then moved around her. Hope she was on her test
