Glad to hear that he is beginning to make a recovery after his latest incident!

Assuming he can keep it down, I think some ice cream might be in order , his throat must be rather sore.

ScotiaLass you have my complete sympathy, there is nothing worse than watching someone you love be ill, and it is doubly worse when it is a child.
I hope he is OK. Will he grow out of it?
The specialist says that it may 'progress' to a form of ocular migraine.
Some never grow out of it but he can be given meds daily now he's over the age of 12. We go back to the consultant in May so hoping he can be regulated with meds.
We were doing so well in not having a hospital admission for a year!

At least he has a Nurse for a mum to look after him

I go into nursey mode a lot

Last week it was my daughter and her 'a horse dragged me over' incident.
Her badly grazed arm is now clean and dry after twice daily dressings by mum
I couldn't do much about the badly bruised hip though!

Horses see, horses do...there is little anyone can do if a horse decides to march off with you in tow. They are such powerful animals.

Hoping your boy is on the mend it must be awful and worrying to see him suffering.

Ignore the silly comments I don't know what makes him think he's anywhere near qualified to make those sort of comments

Anyway your son is lucky to have you looking after him ^_^ My mum was a nurse for over 25 years which was great when I was poorly as I was very well looked after  the downside was she could tell a mile off when I was pulling a sicky to get out of school :laugh:
