just to let you know that the very windy conditions has worn me out this week. sat here on my throne and thinking omg another day to go. roll on the weekend. 200 miles a week on a brommie is very tiring. on the flip side tho..lost a stone in weight over a month...now i'm not really fat...just fat.

Very impressive. I've been off the bike for several months until recently and I definitely feel need to shed some pounds!

Crikey mate, just imagine how much faster and less tired you'd be on a proper bike.

Well done Shaun. I was wondering how you were getting on just the other day.

I'm not surprised that you are getting tired!

That is excellant going, I have to say!

I got home yesterday, put the pannier bag in the house and did some free weights in the garden as it was a loverly day. Something I often do. However when I awoke this morning I just couldnt move and was stiff as a board. I think I over-did it:blush: Soooo tired, so I sympathise!

I've only managed 130miles this week.
