talking to my other half earlier after tea and she said to me " she looks forward to bedtime because ........... she can have a biscuit and a cup of chocolate milk "

I hate bed time. Sleep is a waste of time. Unfortunately, sleep is also necessary in order to have the energy to do the things you want to do while awake. It's a bitch and no blimmin' mistake.
