The bike is back it's ready,invested in a longer seatpost i was worried about the short post suppied.So i have agreed to go to Sunny Scarborough tomorrow one way from Leeds.Some brekkie in Scarb' then ride back.Three of us.Not sure if train guard will allow three bikes on a two bike carraige so we have reserved the two spots hoping to get on with third.But we have a plan B .Two tickets for 06-04 train and res and one ticket and res for 06-55 train.So worst comes to worst we shall only have 45 mins to wait to meet up again.Hope for dry and no windy weather.It should be a good ride.

58-ish miles, I'd imagine some of the terrain will be, erm, undulating? Yes, you are slightly mad but if the weather's anything like it is here for you tomorrow it'll be a wonderful day for it.

I don't know about down south but up here 24 out of 25 guards wouldn't bother but you occasionally get one jobsworth. Enjoy uour ride
