Thank goodness for the RAIN!!!

No more snow,
snow melting,
being washed away,
by the rain,
lovely rain,
please rain harder,
then some sun,
lovely sun,
even if it's cold,
doesn't matter,
sun and cold,
with no snow,
very nice,
I want to ride my
BIKE!

Thank you.

I don't mind the rain...it's better than snow.

I've just been across town in my 4x4. I saw a new Civic have a very near miss pulling up to a set of lights behind another car and getting a lockup (so much for ABS)

What rain.............

Snow like last week (providing you had an off road route to work) was great...mixing with skiddy cars..no good. Now back to roads 100% but still on the MTB...oh it's slow but still plenty of ice about.

Ditto - what rain - going through the is it/isn't it closed torments today. So eldest two off and youngest to go in. Before the new snow fell last night we had started to see the road appear under the snow on some side roads - but most are still covered in snow/ice/slush.

It is raining even as I type!

Lovely rain.

Snow being washed away.

The joys of living on the South Coast.

Almost tropical ...

It might be raining in Soton but come inland a few miles to Winchester and there's a couple of inches of snow. Cars are doing the Torvill and Dean all over. Going nowhere today

Here you go!

Definitely bring on the THAW - so sad - he was a great actor.

I hate rain but I'm sure that if I thought the snow would go the rain would be VERY welcome.

I have been going out in my elderly Brasher boots with mini-crampons on so I don't slip on the ice. Unfortunately they slip on shop floors so I have to remember to walk on my heels, as there's no metal on the heel! It would be a bit silly taking a tumble indoors when the footwear I was wearing was to prevent a slip on ice, wouldn't it?
