Posted a day or two ago recommending Young'un to always assume the bastards are out to get you, and ride in such a way that whatever 'they' do, you'll be alright.
Then on my way home tonight, at a crossroads, that car obviously has seen me (and how could he not? How could you not see this bright, flashing light?) since he's slowed down...... then the bugger suddenly spurts out right into my path!
..and thank god he slams on the anchors, and I pass him, at 25 +/-, with an inch or two to spare.
Could have been very nasty, and there was absolutely BA I could have done about it.
Remind me not to post any messages about punctures...
