Had similar done to a van of mine many years ago. Local scrotes did it for a laugh, just a door window, the windscreen and both headlamp lenses. Fortunately it was a Sunday, my local breaker had all the bits I needed and I was back on the road by lunchtime ready for the next days work. I think the kids were disappointed that it cost me less than £50 and a couple of hours to get back on the road so they didn't do it again.

Frustratingly, I had heard the bangs during the previous evening and had assumed it was somebody slamming a car door.......

Friend of mine once had her quarter light smashed out. She had it replaced. It got smashed again. She replaced it again. It got smashed again. She ended up getting rid of the car...she didn't use it that much, and it seemed like this wasn't going to stop. She thinks it's because someone objected to letters her flatmate had written to the local paper, which had been printed along with their address.
