I really is a little car

Heading for work this morning. Slow but steady traffic. Me in the left lane approaching roundabout. YJPB cyclist (Yellow Jacket, Pudding Basin) wobbles up on the inside, undertaking on the left turn, then wanders across road turning right without signaling.
Like many other tricyclists (trikers ? un-motor tricycle under 8 cwt ?), I find most motorists treat me as they do any other vehicle, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised if some other cyclists do the same.

That pizza delivery moped rider was last night when I was cycling from the Waldorf Hotel towards St Pauls.Cut inside a bus without looking just as I was coming down the hill.

Is there a full moon coming up or what?

I saw someone do that on a York Rally ride some years ago. The cyclists rear wheel caught the pedal of the 'bent, causing both to crash and lots of spoke damage to the bike's rear wheel.
