There's a guy gets off the train at my local station with one. His one is a sort of thing that attaches to the seatpost and the headset forming a kind of crossbar that the child sits on I think. I've not examined it closely.

There are a few different child seats for Bromptons. For example there is the Pere seat adapter and this one.

How does the fold work with that attached? Also shows seat post is down.

Dunno, I didn't spy on him assembling it. I suspect he takes it off to fold and attaches it once unfolded

This might help extplain- it just rests securely on the mainframe bar, rather than being rigidly attached so it just lifts out of the
way when you fold it and sits slightly to the left of the folded package.

Does the OP @Yellow Fang have a suitable aged child or are they just curious?
