An elderly couple got out the car. I bet they've had it from new, and had it serviced twice a year etc etc. Though no doubt one of you will look at its MOT history and tell me its a bad un! 😏

It's not too bad. 8 or so advisories every year for small things like windscreen damage, faded indicator lenses and normal brake and suspension wear. It looks like you get quite a bit of car for the money, although the older ones were notorious for head gasket failure. They are apparently quite cheap to insure too, as the customer base seems to be exactly the type of people you describe getting out of the car!

I saw a 75 estate on Thursday afternoon
It looked to be in very nice condition
I also know someone who has the same as a daily driver, not seen him for a while though

Guy work has one of those on an 02 plate too. His is an MG ZT though in black and in very good nick. 10 - 20 years ago would of thought it was pretty dull, but compared to all the dull SUV's around now I personally think it's fairly cool and different. That one looks in great condition.
