Can‘t be Prussic as it says mechanical ascender, plus prussicing is a technique a 100 or more years old. I’m sure @rockyroller isn't that old.

Somebody in Birmingham used to ride a homemade bike with a steering wheel. I never got close enough to see how he braked though.

An American idea I assume by the design of the frame and the lack of front brake. I don't think I'd fancy it
