Curling - get it away from those icy buildings. Would be far more inclusive, and attract teams from hot countries by moving the sport to the Summer Olympics as an outdoor event. Perhaps a beach version.

Yes indeed! Plus if you didn't complete a stage you could still ride subsequent stages and even go for a stage win although you were out of the GC which would suit sprinters -

Baseball:

Landmines to be placed in random bases.

When bowling the ball to be fired from a cannon.

Players to hop on one leg between bases 2 and 3.

When attempting a home run the player should flop out their love lolly, turn their pockets inside out, and do the elephant walk all the way round.

Ball to be substitute with a live hand grenade at random points of the game.

Players to dress up in post apocalyptic Mad Max style wear.

All ball games should use a standard ball. Whether it be tennis, football, basketball, snooker or marbles. This will reduce cost of entry into the sport and let true skill prevail.
