Everyone sings with an american accent these days...I hate it.If he's in the North East, then why has he got an American accent?
As soon as someone doest I instantly like them more.

Yes I hate it too, and what's worse are all the people who feel like they have to sing with an accent, which then sounds fake, so they sound bloody awful!

It always reminds me of the time a few years ago now when being northern inexplicably became cool, and so you saw people who had never been anywhere near the north west walking about with a Manchester accent.

I love it when people sing in their own accent. I couldn't stand Billy Bragg if he faked USAnian. And Kate Rusby's voice is fabulous.

Getting back to normal... wasn't as bad as last time, 4 yrs ago, ...well, I guess it was for those whose homes/businesses got flooded, but what I mean is that fewer people were affected, if that can be a plus.
