I recently acquired this signed shirt!
There are some easy to spot ones, but let's see how many we can recognise. They should all, or perhaps most, be recognisable names from the UK cycling world.

You need your eyes checked, that clearly says Shinobi. Maybe that's why they're so difficult to identify: they were being attacked by ninjas at the time.
