An occasional cyclist will delay a car's progress by a second or two - such is life - but it only takes a couple more second's thought to realise it's other cars that cause congestion (and injury) on the roads. When you kill a cyclist will it be their fault for being on a road that they have more right to use than a car driver? Your right can be taken away. Theirs can't."
