Not made that mistake - but did manage to route the chain wrongly through the relay pulley on my old Trice. As I didn't take it for a test run afterwards I was not aware of my error until a friend asked if he could have a ride on it. We were both puzzled for a few seconds but then I realised my mistake and told him he had to pedal backwards because it had been a French export.....I think he believed me.

You only get a 10 if you manage to thread it through the derailleur wrongly as well.

As one who has fitted the entire transmission to a single speed on the wrong side of the bike, I think I shouldn't go anywhere near something with three chains and all pulleys and stuff. I'd end up stuck to it or something.
