I thought it was maybe just me left on the forum. This year I am proving to be utterly bone idle, I have not sat on a cycle since November. Once I get going though, there is no stopping me.April 1st is the day for me, a 40/50 miler easy round trip to Skipton .
Even I've been out on my bike a fair bit, nothing like I used too.

You will get roun d the 100k probably better than you think but cramps are likely especially if its hilly and legs will be stiff for a few days after.

Cramps and stiff legs a definite , I hadn't been out on the bike since October last year (Season of mists 110km audax) and did the Chirk 200km audax last weekend on a trike and it was hard going with my quads and hamstrings starting to cramp at around 80km .
