If you could build any road bike what would the spec be???

I'm kinda tempted by that one myself - I'd buy frame only and put my current SRAM gruppo on it and build up my current bike with bits of shimano stuff that I have lying about.
Mind you, it may be better value to get the whole bike from P-X and just swap the components.

Merlin cycles have deals on SRAM groupsets at the minute. Red for a grand (RRP 1700) and Force for 650 (RRP 1000).
