Morning folks. I was only up 30 minutes ago  Good job the dog has a strong bladder. I think the drugs knocked me out, no more diazapan for me.

Back much better. Stiff and sore but not the excrutiating pain of yesterday. Can walk straight but slowly and without the aid of a crutch (read foldup chair). Just going to hobble about a bit and see if I can get out, feel the need for some fresh air. I'll keep an eye open, see if Speichers still following me.

And I know Badkitty. I had plans for yesterday and today, cheesed off now, it's not often I'm at a loose end, I measure those moments in years these days.

Hi Crackle - glad to hear the progress. A suggestion: BIG dose of ibuprofen, give it half an hour to properly kick in, hot bath if you're ok to get in & out, then wrap up warm and take some gentle exercise. The ibuprofen's good because as well as killing the pain, it eases the muscles and any inflammation: a combination of effects which enables gentle movement, which in turn loosens things up a bit more. Well anyway, that's what worked for me. Good luck.

Good thought Swee'pea. In fact I've got Diclofenac which is a NSAID like Ibuprofen, so it should do the same thing. Just drinking some coffee before I attempt serious movement. A bath is a good idea though, I think I'll do that.
