Agreed (well bar the to work part - as I don't).

if its raining when i leave then i'm cold for about 5 mins, then i'm warmed up and happily sploshing my way to work. i like the summer rain
hot shower when you get in, not a prob.

Huh. I confess, I no likey rain. And since it's currently pissing it down, I've postponed my ride into town to buy more suitable cycling shorts/tshirts as the irony would be too much to bear.

I'm currently in Vietnam and when out for a ride on Sunday we had a cloud burst for about 15 mins but the temperature was in the low 30's so it was nice and refreshing and the remaining 30 Km of the ride was very comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been cycling to my current job now for over 6 months.

I've got a pannier attached to the bike and I've got waterproofs in there.

I've yet to use them.

This is supposed to be wet Britain, this is so surreal.

Maybe it's all a dream.

I was coming back from the Gym a few weeks ago, and, still warm from my exertions, the rain outside was lovely and refreshing! I didn't give a flying fart how wet I got, but then, I was always close to home, so if I needed to, I could retreat rapidly once I started to get cold

I hate soggy feet. I hate more putting on soggy socks and shoes after getting caught in a downpour coming back from site, just 3 hours before home time. That said I rode home the long way.
