I guess that is the number of work outs in 365 days.
Each individual ride counts as one work out, no matter how long or short the ride.
So someone who cycles to work each day, there and back will get 10 work outs in a week, plus the odd weekend cycle, it soon adds up.

I know the pros set us a bad example when they need a slash, but there's no need for that on a 3-mile commute.
