Was going to try and set up a bike to work scheme through halfords to get a mtb for winter commuting but have found out my localish LBS use cyclescheme And stock orbea's!

Im seriously considering scrapping the MTB idea and using my allez for bad weather commuting and using cyclescheme to purchase the bike of my dreams via the LBS! They are very sexy bikes and I want one now!!! Lol.

1. It's up to your work/business to set up the scheme.
2. If you have any influence on the scheme, then try to persuade your employer to run the scheme for themselves, rather than through a third-party. The only real difference is a bit more admin for the employer, they write the cheque to the bike shop directly and the employee has a lot more choice in where to go and what to buy.
