the sport 1 i have is lovely to ride. it has a fairly good specced running gear too. yeah ok its Shimano and some don't like it , but its working fine for me.
£270
or the sport 3 with carbon forks and campag kit for £599. not ridden that except in the shop and couldn't justify the extra money .
second hand is also a good choice but beware of the cheap bike from outside the railway station- its likely nicked
