You dont want low calorie pies.....the secret is to eat 1 less at each sitting and make it 4 maximum (unless it's those stupid little round ones and they don't count at all).

I need to go into town tomorrow morning, and then am out tomorrow evening for my cycle group's monthly meeting, with a group ride on Thursday and back into town on Friday, so it's not like I'll be slacking all week...
