I remember a time when I was around 15 walking through a city I witnessed a man choking on his vomit (heroin addict) a lot of people stopped and stared and it really annoyed me. On both sides of the fence. But as a human I felt angry enough to do something unlike the other 20 people standing watching. I remembered a massive amount of my first aid come to think of it and from the corner of my eye spotted a British solider. I will keep the details of the man to my self. But anyway he was more able than my self so after calling the correct services and leaving a older much wiser man in charge I later found out the chap survived.
What he has done from that day I have no idea. But it only takes one person to stand for what we all apparently believe in to make a difference in life no matter how small.
