and over 12 years later....................

I broke the USB cover on my Edge 830 sometime last year, luckily it just pushes in and stays on, however today I took it off to charge the unit and cannot find it. One online chat with Garmin UK later and a foc replacement is on its way to me along with the bits so I can attach this one properly.

A year ago I had a nightmare getting issue sorted requiring new top of range watch that was a joke, purchased direct from Garmin. Not faulty, just rubbish. Sensors giving mad readings (got myself a Polar HR chest to show that). Rubbish software eg recorded me having several 20 min snoozes every afternoon when I never snooze during yje day (and no way to manually delete or disable).

Got there in the end but it should never have taken anything like the arguments it took (including. hours on phone as well as loads of emails).

In the end got a full refund
