The GPS software on my 15 month old Garmin Vista HCX failed early last week. Contacted Garmin Support by email and had a response within 24 hours. At their suggestion I reported the issue to Garmin UK by telephone (Freephone number) as their recommended resolution had not worked.
No problem here is a RMA number post it to us with a letter explaining what the issue is and we will fix it. 5 days later received one refurbished HCX. Second call to Garmin maps transferred, job done.
