I tried the absolute smallest sip of the Naga vodka last night. Oh. My. It's just a tiny shade below being total agony, it was remarkable!

I think I might decant it into smaller bottles and give them away as novelty gifts.

I'd say the recommended dose would only be about 1ml! It was total bliss though, intense but in the nicest possible way.

You chop up a load of chillies, cover in salt and wait a few weeks! I followed the recipe in Fuschia Dunlop's Revolutionary Cookbook. You can find instructions here...
