It's probably the only one I really wouldn't recommend!
My local or ex local (just closed down) the curry takeaway did a Naga Chicken dish. They served it in 3 strengths. The weakest was probably hot vindaloo /mild phall strength and the medium (I never got past this) was serious heat. Almost pureed Naga and little else. The immediate and next day effect of this was quite serious. I had real trouble sleeping due to pain Almost beyond compare and the next day was agony for hours after my visit.
Still, the it couldn't have been all bad as I had the same dish on a number of occasions and really miss it now the place has shut down.

Ha, you've reminded me of a Phall I had at our local, I'm not that well versed in Indian food but I assume it's not normal to have the manager come out and check you don't need an ambulance. The walk home is only about a third of a mile but I had to 'clench-run' the last hundred yards and go straight to the coldest seat in the house.

Just about anything, including stuff it doesn't really go with, you get addicted. When I had a bacon and sausage butty every morning, i'd stick a pea sized drop of Dave's Insanity in there. I have soup of the day now and just stick some in there.
Gah missed this thread, lot of good suggestions - I just try what I see and never really got 'into' buying it espacially. Just signing up to Hot Headz now.

I like quite hot food. When making homemade kebabs I like a hot sauce. My problem is that many of the hot ones also have a very strong tangy taste which overpowers the lovely kebabs. I end up putting a sprinkling of scotch bonnets on instead but find the heat then very uneven (you suddenly get one hurrendously hot bite!)
So, I'm after something pretty hot (nothing stupid so please no d1ckswinging) but very mild in flavour.

Sriracha's not bad. Hot and reasonably mild in taste. Easy to get hold of too.

Anyone tried these? I bunged a load on with my nosh tonight, nice and sweet but if you start chugging them it gets quite warm.
