In praise of hot sauce

I'd forgotten all about this thread and when I saw the title appear I thought "oh no, poor hot sauce has died, he was a true inspiration to so many..."

I have been enjoying this hot sauce at the moment.
From Malaysia.and according to the blurb is made of Birds Eye Chillies.

It's a lovely piquant flavour with sweet after taste. Even thought it says extra hot on the bottle. Any regular hot chilli lover would think it was just hot rather then extra hot.
Mrs Ian picked it up in Sainsbury's of all places.

Someone was telling me about this earlier today. I shall seek it out.
