Yep, I've had a few bits from them. One top was a bit small, but i use it as a winter mid layer (and also when walking in the hills etc) and it's fine. Good quality stuff, good prices too.

Tenn are SUPERB for service too. So friendly and efficient. It's been said several times above, but they're AMAZING value. My complete cycle outfit x2 are from Tenn, except my shoes and helmet!

Brilliant range of colours is also a bonus.

hello guys

just thought i would add something to this post.

i have on another post in the bargains section, said that my partner had ordered a couple of items, a jersey and jacket, from Tenn Outdoors but that they hadnt been delivered.

my partner had not paid for special or recorded delivery so they were being sent via Royal Mail first class  . they didnt ( and havent turned up yet) but it is now out of the 15 day royal mail lost package time so my partner contacted Tenn to say that they havent turned up so they could do the necessary with royal Mail.

Tenn emailed back to say that they would send out new items with a prepaid envelope so that if the old ones did turn up (the Royal Mail have said that this happens all the time), we could send them back.

the upshot of this is that due to the excellent nature of the custome service recieved, i am also ordering some of the padded road shorts.

So after initial worries, Tenn have definately come through and will be getting further custom from me

i will also post this in the other forum to give the even handed account.

Been trying out their coffee-flavoured cycling top over the last few days, and it gets a big thumbs-up from me. Not stinking noticeably after three rides, and letting it stew a bit to see how far I can push it.

Fit is great, and is standing up to the workload OK. Only problem is that rear pockets are not insulated, so when carrying frozen food home from the butchers, your back gets a bit cold.

If they tell you that you have to pay to swap sizes, which acording to their website they do, just send them back with a note asking for a refund which under Distance Selling Regs they have to do, then just place a new order for the correct size then you dont have to pay as the delivery is free  also I have noticed that the price of some of the shorts have gone up.

Nice one mate.

Would they take them back even if they have been taken out of the clear plastic bag to try on? All labels and stuff are still intact. Tried on for about 15 secs.

Yes of course how else do you know if they fit.

I have found that I need to get a size up for shorts with them, I usually take a medium with most makes but a large with tenn.

I have a pair of their bib shorts (the ones with grey stitching as it used to be cheaper than the plain black. Thinking, now, of getting one or two of their coffee jerseys now I've heard others rating them. I'm even tempted by their Pro bib shorts.

lost somewhere
I bought some bib tights and noticed a tiny hole when I tried them on. Being of a somewhat chaotic nature, I only got round to ringing them up nearly four weeks later. The tag was still on but I had lost the packaging and the invoice. They said they would send out a replacement immediately. It arrived the next working day together with a self addressed, postage-paid bag for the return of the original one.

Best of all, they were delightful to deal with on the phone. Class!

received the replacement order for one that has gone astray.

I am impressed with the quality of the items but very pleased with the level of service and trust shown by Tenn. if the other package turns up, it will be returned!

i will definately be using them again.
