Are all three related, they did not necessarily break in that order, and it was after you came back from a few pints and a curry, the worse for wear, and had to go?
My aunt, who has always been a trifle careless, was staying in a rented holiday cottage for a week a few years ago and managed to crack a window pane, break the brush shaft, burn a hole in the bottom of a saucepan and set fire to the kitchen and also managed to drive her Megane into the fish pond in the garden in the dark.
For some reason the owner didn't give her the deposit back
