Inner tube sizing

So i went to the lbs and bought my first new inner tubes...the ones i have at the moment are 700 x 25

I know this is really daft but are these the wrong ones?

I use them and they fit any 700c, 18mm- 28mm tyres so are fine for you

Ah right, thanks! What does the 622/630 mean? same thing but using different measuring system?

That's the rim size they'll fit; 622mm, which is 700c size or 630mm which is an older British size. The rubber will stretch enough to do either.

700c or 27in or 700c x 18-28 / 27 x 3/4 -1 3/8 to be a bit more precise.
